Despite many launching with great promise, they unfortunately encountered a critical pain point where they lacked the necessary support to scale, resulting in stagnation, mere survival, or even closure. Many of these situations could have been avoided with access to mentors with real-world experience in management, finance, and promotion. We aspire to provide a solution to this by providing access to mentors with real-world common-sense experience in management, financial, and promotional connections that are essential to assist in overcoming these challenges. We are eager to witness the resurgence of these Main Street entrepreneurs with their innovative ideas and originality. Raymond Ladner
With over three decades of experience in starting, managing, and scaling multi-million dollar businesses, Raymond has honed his skills across various business functions. He has firsthand experience identifying and addressing challenges within his own businesses.
At the tender age of 20, Raymond embarked on his first business venture, which unfortunately failed due to a lack of experience and the absence of a mentor-led support group to mitigate potential obstacles. However, with increased experience and the invaluable guidance of mentors, he was able to successfully overcome these challenges in subsequent ventures. Raymond’s exceptional strength lies in his ability to identify and develop effective solutions to business problems. He endeavors to provide the same mentorship and support to other growth-oriented entrepreneurs.
